For more than 60 years, the Euro pallet with the EUR brand in oval has been one of the most important load carriers in the international supply chain: standardized, quality-assured and omnipresent.
According to estimates, there are currently around one billion Euro pallets in circulation worldwide. In order to further strengthen the traditional EUR brand and the open exchange pool, ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) is cooperating with the rail transport companies and the UIC testing and pallet organizations. The aim is to bring the Euro pallet with the EUR brand in the oval into the focus of sustainable logistics.
